Robert is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Inc., where they are responsible for creating and executing HR strategies. Robert also held HR leadership positions at Dresser, Fontaine Trailer Company, Ingersoll Rand, and Harsco Corporation. Robert Snyder earned a BA in History and Political Science from the University at Buffalo in 1985. Robert later pursued an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, completing the program in 1989.
