Robert Snyder

Robert Snyder has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions in multiple companies. Robert is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Inc., where they are responsible for creating and executing HR strategies. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Cameron and Olin Corporation, leading HR functions and initiatives for their respective divisions. Robert also held HR leadership positions at Dresser, Fontaine Trailer Company, Ingersoll Rand, and Harsco Corporation. Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated proficiency in developing HR strategies, advising leaders, and driving operational performance.

Robert Snyder earned a BA in History and Political Science from the University at Buffalo in 1985. Robert later pursued an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, completing the program in 1989.
