Lilián Santos González has a diverse work experience spanning over several different companies and industries. Lilián began their career in 1995 as an Asesor Comercial at Direct Service, a subsidiary of RACC, where they provided customer support and sold insurance products through telephone channels. Lilián then moved on to RACC in 1998, initially working as an Asesor Comercial, where they provided customer service and sales support in person and over the phone. Lilián also handled claims processing during their time there. From 2000 to 2002, Lilián took on the role of Soporte Operativo, where they were responsible for computerizing the network of franchised offices and providing training on company products and systems. Lilián then advanced within RACC to become a Controller Regional Operaciones Comerciales y Adjunto a Dirección, a role they held for nine years. In this position, they led the Regional Operations department and provided support to the Commercial Director. Their responsibilities included analyzing business performance, monitoring investment proposals, and overseeing their implementation. From 2011 to 2015, Lilián served as Responsable y Controller Operaciones Comerciales, where they analyzed profitability in risk contracting for the company's commission-based channels. After their time at RACC, they joined welegal.es in 2017 as Desarrollo de Negocio, where they managed various business verticals, such as traffic accident claims, abusive bank clauses, flights, and debts. Lilián led a team responsible for client acquisition, file processing, after-sales support, and user experience analysis. Lilián also handled claims processing, negotiated settlements with insurance companies, and communicated with clients. In 2019, Lilián joined Jeffapp, first as New Business Operations, then as Build Project Manager & Metrics Team Leader, and currently as Retail Operations & Project Manager.

Lilián Santos González attended the University of Valencia from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a Diplomatura degree in both Administration and Business Management, as well as Business Sciences.
