Rich Morgner

Rich Morgner is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Managing Director at Jefferies & Company since July 2009, Morgner previously held positions as Managing Director and co-head of M&A at Miller Buckfire from April 2006 to July 2009, and as Managing Director at Chanin Capital Partners from 2002 to 2006. Earlier in the career, Morgner was also a Managing Director at Prudential Securities from 1992 to 2002. Morgner's educational background includes an AB in History from Dartmouth College, attended from 1988 to 1992, and graduation from Regis High School in 1988.
