Jennifer Brown has a wide range of experience in the field of human resources, starting with their time at the USAF from 1990 to 1997 where Jennifer held various roles such as Personnel Systems Manager, Personnel Employment Rep, and Classification and Training Specialist. Currently, at the Jefferson County Commission since September 2007, Jennifer has held positions such as Business Systems Specialist (HR), Human Resources Technician, Personnel Technician HR, Executive Assistant to CFO, and Personnel Tech. Jennifer is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Troy University.
