Director Of Quality And Care Transformation at Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center – Jefferson Health

Valerie Csik has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Valerie currently serves as the Director of Quality and Care Transformation at Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center – Jefferson Health since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Project Director Practice Transformation at the same institution from September 2016 to February 2020.

Before joining Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, Valerie worked as a Client Services Manager at Pascal Metrics from May 2013 to September 2016. Valerie also held the position of Project Director for Quality Improvement at Jefferson School of Population Health from July 2008 to April 2013.

Valerie Csik received their Bachelor's degree in Health Administration from the University of Scranton, which they attended from 2001 to 2006. Valerie then pursued a Master's degree in Public Health at Jefferson Health from 2007 to 2010. In March 2012, Valerie earned the CPPS certification from the Certification Board for Professionals in Patient Safety (CBPPS).
