Aric Ragsdale

Aric Ragsdale is a Senior Oracle Database Administrator with extensive experience in database management and support. Currently at Jelani Consulting, LLC since July 2016, Aric Ragsdale is responsible for setting up new databases and providing comprehensive database support for production environments, as well as configuring Oracle Database 11g. Previously at New Way IT Solutions from June 2014 to July 2016, Aric Ragsdale managed and resolved Oracle database issues, performed database cloning, and conducted testing processes, including creating test scenarios and interactions with developers to address software defects. Aric Ragsdale holds an Associate Degree in General Studies from Prince George's Community College and has completed education at Oracle University.
