Mauri Ruhanen

Mauri Ruhanen currently serves as the Group CEO at Volar Plastic since August 2023. Previously, from June 2012 to March 2023, Ruhanen was the Managing Director at JELD-WEN Suomi Oy, overseeing significant turnover growth from €24 million to €98 million, along with the planned profit development over nine years. Ruhanen also held the positions of Sales Director for JW Finland & Baltic and at Mattiovi Oy, contributing to a substantial increase in market share from 24% to 86% through the development of solution sales and project business. Prior experience includes serving as Sales and Marketing Director at Huurre Finland Oy, where Ruhanen created a successful sales strategy and achieved a market share increase to 27% within two years, and as Project Manager at Huurre Group Oy from June 1990 to June 1999. Ruhanen holds an education from LUT University, completed in November 2010.
