Steven Perini

Steven Perini is an experienced professional in revenue operations and sales management, currently serving as the Head of Revenue Operations at Jellyfish since August 2025. Previously, at Pendo.io from May 2021 to July 2025, Steven held the role of Director of Sales Operations, playing a key role in scaling company revenue from $80 million to over $250 million ARR through strategic initiatives. Steven also served as Sr. Manager of Sales Operations at Pendo, where responsibilities included managing US Revenue Operations and the Deal Desk. Prior to Pendo, Steven was the Sr. Sales Operations Manager at Intercom, contributing to revenue growth from $60 million to $180 million and driving significant annual recurring revenue increases through customer contract conversions. Steven's earlier experience includes a Sales Ops role at Mapbox, where foundational sales processes were established, and a Co-Organizer position at Silicon Valley NewTech. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from San Francisco State University.
