Hichem also worked as the Information Technology Manager at Alan, where they pioneered a streamlined laptop procurement process and managed the seamless transition during a hyper growth phase. Additionally, they served as the Global Information Technology Manager at Getaround, overseeing the merger of IT systems and establishing a global IT team. Hichem started their career as an IT & Productivity Manager at Drivy, where they managed the SaaS ecosystem, network operations, and a fleet of Apple devices. Hichem B. obtained a Baccalaureate degree in Electronics from Lycée Langevin-Wallon from 2007 to 2010. Hichem then pursued a D.U.T degree in Services et Réseaux de Communication from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée between 2010 and 2012. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they completed a Master's degree in Analyste Informaticien at INSTA.
