Belén Villacís has a wide range of experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Belén started their career as an intern at Human Consulting Strategies in February 2017, where they gained valuable experience in the industry. After completing their internship, they took on the role of Recruitment Specialist at the same company, where they worked from August 2017 to August 2019. Belén then transitioned to the role of Evaluation Specialist from September 2019 to January 2020.

In February 2020, Belén joined PwC as an Associate Human Capital, where they took on various responsibilities such as leading talent attraction and evaluation processes for different managers and hierarchies. Their role also involved conducting interviews, coordinating Assessment Centers, and analyzing and interpreting psychometric tests. Belén worked at PwC until January 2022.

After their time at PwC, Belén joined Shippify in January 2022 as an IT Recruiter LATAM. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting IT professionals for the company. Belén worked at Shippify until January 2023.

Currently, Belén is working as an IT Recruiter & Retention Specialist LATAM at Jelou, starting from January 2023.

Belén Villacís graduated from the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil in 2019 with a degree in Organizational Psychology, specializing in Human Resources. Additionally, in July 2019, they obtained a certification in "Evalución de perfiles por rol de contribución" from PSIGMA CORP. More recently, in September 2021, they obtained a certification in "Digital Acumen" from PwC.
