Karis Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They started their career in 2001 as a Bookkeeper and Office Manager at Echo Hearing Systems, where they remained until 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Hearing Associates in a similar role. In 2013, they joined Adriatica Audiology as a Bookkeeper until 2015. During the same period, they also worked as a Daily Operations Manager and Bar and Grill Manager at Mallards, LLC. From 2010 to 2020, they worked at Brian J. Schmidt, CPA. P.A. as an Accounts Payable Specialist and Office Manager. In 2016, they joined Emporia State University as an Assistant to the CIO and Business Manager until 2023. Their most recent position is the Human Resources Director at Tri County Telephone Assn. Inc., which they started in 2023.
