Prisca Havranek-Kosicek

Prisca Havranek-Kosicek has extensive experience in finance and executive roles. Prisca has worked as the Chief Financial Officer at JENOPTIK since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the CFO and Member of the Executive Board at Nilfisk from 2019 to 2021. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Chief Financial Officer and EVP at Novozymes. Prisca also worked as the CFO of Kuoni Group from 2016 to 2018, where they executed a successful taking private and re-financing of three stand-alone businesses. Prisca started their career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as a Project Manager from 1998 to 2004, working on consulting assignments in various industries.

Prisca Havranek-Kosicek obtained their Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Economics and Business Administration of Vienna (WU Wien) in 2003. Prior to this, they earned their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a concentration in Finance & Control, from the same institution from 1994 to 1998. In 1996, they also participated in an exchange semester in the MBA Program at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business.
