Joe Stephenson

Joe Stephenson is currently the HR Operations Lead at Jensten, with previous experience at Tessian and Whitbread. At Tessian, Joe held various HR roles, managing employee experiences, ER cases, and leading ERGs. At Whitbread, Joe was a Multi-Site Hotel Manager and took on secondments as a HR Project Coordinator and Skills Trainer. Joe also has experience in student support services, international volunteering, and retail. With a degree in Psychology from The University of Manchester, Joe has a diverse background in HR, operations, and training.
