Ines Sira

Ines Sira serves as the Group President for North America at Medicom Group since January 2024. Sira has held various leadership positions, including Board Member, Secretary, and Co-Chair of the Governance Committee at Jeremiah Program since January 2019, and President of the Fluid Conveyance Division at Danfoss Power Solutions from November 2022 to May 2023. Prior experience includes Vice President and General Manager of the Global Safety Business at WESCO Distribution (May 2021 - October 2022) and a 20-year tenure at 3M, where roles spanned from Senior Global Business Director of Personal Safety to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Sira's academic background includes an MA in Administration of Non-Profit Organizations from New York University, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota, Market Strategy for Technology-Based Companies from Stanford University, and a BS in Journalism and Marketing from UCAB.
