Theresa Priya is a seasoned professional in holistic wellness and education, serving as a Certified Life Coach and Holistic Wellness Practitioner at YOU-ru mind, body, soul center since September 2019. In addition, Theresa has extensive experience at Mayo Clinic as a Senior Education Specialist, Instructional Design Specialist, and Instructor since 2007. As an Empowerment and Leadership Facilitator with the Jeremiah Program since 2018 and a former Technology Coordinator for Southland School District from 2001 to 2007, Theresa combines a wealth of knowledge in both wellness and education. Theresa holds a Master of Arts in Integrated Studies from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Kaplan University.
