Bob Rubenstahl

Bob Rubenstahl has extensive leadership experience in the manufacturing and tooling industries, currently serving as General Manager at Jergens Inc. since November 2009. Previously, Bob was President & CEO of Command Tooling Systems, where responsibilities included reporting to the Board in Germany regarding various operational aspects including strategic planning and financial performance. Bob also owned RK Cutting Tools LLC, specializing in milling cutter design and sales. Prior to that, Bob held the role of President & CEO at LMT-Fette Inc., significantly increasing sales, and held marketing management positions at Kennametal Inc., achieving organizational restructuring and improved focus in customer service. Bob began a career in sales at Trumbull Supply Co., earning accolades for exceptional sales performance. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Sales and Marketing Management from Syracuse University and a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Management, Marketing, and Accounting from Youngstown State University.
