Davia Steeley, LMSW has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Davia started their career in 2009 as a Worksite Monitor and Program Assistant at The Children's Aid Society. After that, they worked as a Social Studies Teacher at YES Prep Public Schools from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, they served as an Assistant Teacher at Five Star Montessori School and later transitioned to become a 4th Grade Math and Science Teacher/Grade Level Chair at Houston ISD. Davia then took on the role of a Summer Youth Employment Program Site Monitor at New York City Mission Society in 2016. In the same year, they worked as a Field Representative at the U.S. Department of Commerce, Census Bureau. In 2017, they became an Executive Project Manager at Urban Pathways Inc. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Gov't Contracts and Quality Assurance at The Jericho Project, where they previously served as the Manager of Contracts and Quality Assurance.

Davia Steeley, LMSW, holds a Master of Science in Social Work (M.S.W.) from Columbia University - Columbia School of Social Work, which was obtained from 2015 to 2017.
