Alana X. has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Alana started their career at Addella as a Recruiter in 2014 and then moved on to work as a Recruitment Specialist at Shaw Communications in 2017. Alana then joined Impact Recruitment, where they held various roles from Recruitment Specialist to Recruitment Team Lead. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Executive Search Associate at Sales Talent Agency, Inc. before moving to Jerry, where they took on roles such as Talent Manager and Director of Talent Acquisition. Their responsibilities at Jerry included leading non-technical recruiting efforts and making key hires for different departments.

Alana X. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology from McGill University in 2014.
