Mark Preece

Mark Preece is the current Operations Director at Jersey Electricity plc. Prior to their current position, Preece was the Managing Director Middle East at United Utilities from March 2009 to October 2010. In this role, Preece was responsible for utility services including asset management, operations and maintenance, programme management, project delivery, consultancy, and management and supervisory activity. From January 2004 to December 2009, Preece was the Director of Business Change at United Utilities. In this role, Preece was responsible for leading a team of change managers who implemented changes to business processes, IT systems, and organizational structures.

Mark Preece has an MBA in Business Administration from The Open University and a BSc(HONS) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from The University of Manchester.

Mark Preece reports to Chris Ambler, Chief Executive. They are on a team with John Duquemin - Chief Engineer, Andrew Welsby - Director of Human Resources, and Ian Crawley - Operations Manager.
