Rebecca Simpson

Rebecca Simpson has a diverse background in both healthcare and customer service. Currently serving as a Front Desk Associate at Jersey Strong since July 2019 and as a Medical Office Assistant at RWJ OB/GYN ASSOCIATES PA since October 2020, Rebecca has developed strong administrative skills, particularly in handling prior authorizations and medical disabilities. Recently, in their role as a Managed Care Coordinator at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Rebecca supported clinical operations and facilitated communication among members and healthcare providers. Previous experiences include internships in occupational therapy and working with special needs children, complementing a solid education in health studies and occupational therapy from Monmouth University and Rutgers School of Health Professions.
