Regina Ungar

Regina Ungar is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel and Chairperson at Packer Steels Industries since October 2019, Regina has successfully led the restructuring of a major steel manufacturer in Israel during its recent acquisition. Regina holds the position of Program Director for the Financial Reports and Analysis program at Lahav Executive Education, Tel Aviv University, alongside a long-standing role as a lecturer in accounting and auditing at the university. Past directorships include Global Power Co. Ltd., ZIM Integrated Shipping Service Ltd., Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, Itamar Medical, and Koor Industries Ltd. Regina earned an MBA in business from Tel Aviv University between 1984 and 1989.
