William Poling is an experienced program manager and educator with a strong background in international service, management of grants, and volunteer coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Jesuit Volunteer Corps, William oversees over 200 long-term volunteer placements across various continents. Prior roles include Grants & Contracts Manager at DevTech Systems, Inc., where William managed $4 million in USAID grants and trained over 80 project staff, and Regional Volunteer Leader at the Peace Corps, providing support to over 200 volunteers. William's extensive experience also encompasses educational roles, having trained hundreds of teachers and facilitated initiatives for at-risk youth. Holding a Master of Arts in International Service from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from Saint John's University, William combines extensive field expertise with a strong academic foundation.
