Loronda Merriwether

Loronda Merriwether is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Learning & Employee Development at Jet Aviation since October 2021, Loronda leads a global center of excellence focused on leadership and employee development, emphasizing learning, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Prior to this role, Loronda worked at General Dynamics Land Systems for over 31 years, holding various titles including Talent Management Lead and Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included managing HR operations, supporting employee relations, collective bargaining, and organizational development. Loronda holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from Oakland University.
