Terry Faiz

Terry Faiz is an experienced real estate professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Founder of Halal Fix and Flip since March 2021. In addition, Terry works as an Account Relationship Manager at Voro Capital, providing bridge loans and real estate investment consultation, and as an Account Manager at Jet Direct Mortgage. As the Chief Executive Officer of Miss I Flip Bricks, Terry facilitates off-market real estate transactions and offers financing options for distressed properties. In a realtor role at VORO NYC, Terry educates first-time home buyers and manages transactions for clients. Terry also founded Afghans of North America, a virtual organization focused on international relief in Afghanistan. Previously, Terry worked as a realtor at Infiniti Homes NY, specializing in rental properties and guiding clients through the home buying process. Education was pursued at Queens College from 2014 to 2016.
