Dulna Aubourg, MBA, CIC has extensive experience in talent acquisition, human resources, training, and purchasing. Dulna currently holds the role of VP, Talent Acquisition at Swissport. Prior to this, they worked at Spirit Airlines, where they held various positions including Director of Talent Acquisition, Director of Human Resources, and Sr. Manager of Human Resources. Before that, they worked at Liberty Power as a Training Manager and People Business Partner (HRBP). Dulna also has experience as an Independent Purchasing Consultant and worked at Target as a Human Resources Executive Team Leader and Group Safety Leader. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Purchasing Contract Administrator at The Cornerstone Group/Alliance Construction.

Dulna Aubourg, MBA, CIC holds a Certificate in HR Strategy: Creating Competitive Advantage Through People from Cornell University, completed in 2018. Dulna earned their Master of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Florida International University - College of Business in the period of 1996 to 2000. In addition, they have additional certifications as a Certified Visual Branding Consultant from the Fashion Stylist Institute obtained in 2014, and as a Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup obtained in 2021.
