Sarah Robb O'Hagan is an accomplished business leader and author with extensive experience in the sports and wellness industries. As the Founder and Author of EXTREMEYOU since February 2016, Sarah has focused on maximizing human potential. Sarah serves on the Board of Directors for JetBlue Airways and previously held a similar position at Strava. As CEO of EXOS from February 2020 to November 2024, Sarah led initiatives to enhance fitness offerings. Sarah's prior roles include CEO of Flywheel Sports, President of Equinox, and President of Gatorade, where significant business transformations were achieved.
