Dr. Christine Gillespie

Dr. Christine Gillespie has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dr. Christine began their career as an Educator in different school districts before transitioning to the corporate sector as a Human Resource Manager at Exel. Dr. Christine then shifted their focus to education administration, holding positions such as Director of Business Development and Assistant Vice President at Bucks County Community College and Executive Director at Bergen Community College. Dr. Gillespie also served as the Chair of the New Jersey Senior Continuing Education Officers. More recently, they have taken on the role of Senior Vice President of Career and Technical Education at JEVS Human Services. Throughout their career, Dr. Gillespie has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, secure funding, and develop educational programs that cater to underserved communities and meet the needs of regional employers.

Dr. Christine Gillespie holds a Doctor of Education degree (EdD) in Community College Leadership from National American University-Austin, which was completed in 2019. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Adult Education and Training from The Pennsylvania State University between 1985 and 1988. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Spanish Language Teacher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Gillespie has also obtained additional certifications in Title IX and COVID-19 Contact Tracing from SAFE AND SECURE SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES LIMITED and JOHN HOPKINS UNIVERSITY respectively.
