Shani Caspi Arbel

Shani Caspi Arbel has extensive experience in educational and technological project management, currently serving as the Education-Employment Center Manager at Tel-Hai College since July 2022. In parallel, Shani has held the position of education, community, and living bridge coordinator at the Jewish Agency for Israel since June 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a project manager and operational coordinator at The Center for Educational Technology (CET) from November 2011 to December 2016, and as a leading instructor at the Association for Education for Heights from February 2010 to August 2011. Shani also worked as an Office Applications Instructor at Sight and Sound Technologies and smart from January 2008 to September 2010, and as a systems integrator at Reality Group from January 2006 to July 2007. Shani holds a Master's degree in Organizational Sociology from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
