Barak Hermann

Barak Hermann serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore since November 2012, bringing extensive leadership experience from previous roles including Executive Director at the JCC of Central New Jersey and Chief Operating Officer at JCC MetroWest. Hermann also held the position of Director at Community Teen Reform Hebrew High School and was responsible for programs and camps at the Suffolk Y Jewish Community Center. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree from Yeshiva University's Wurzweiler School of Social Work and numerous leadership training certifications, including a Senior Leadership Fellowship from the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation and a Certificate in Strategic Perspectives in Non-Profit Management from Harvard Business School Executive Education. Barak Hermann's background encompasses a strong commitment to leadership development within the Jewish community sector.
