Zachary Elledge

Zachary Elledge is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chef of Cuisine and Expo/Cook at Rock Barn Country Club and Spa since May 2022, Zachary previously worked as a Line Cook at Statesville Country Club and held multiple cooking positions at Rock Barn Country Club and Spa, Eckerd Connects, Roselli's to go and dessertery, and Kickback Jacks. Early in the career, Zachary gained experience in food preparation and service at Iron Thunder Saloon Hickory, Catawba Valley Medical Center, and spent five years as a Forward Observer in the US Army Garrison. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Charlotte, earned from 2014 to 2018.
