Ariela Gonzalez is an experienced administrative officer with over two decades of expertise in nonprofit management and operations. Currently serving at Jewish Community Services of South Florida since June 1999, Ariela leads support functions for a department comprising over 30 staff and contractors, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines while managing a budget of $3 million. Previously, Ariela worked as a project supervisor at Special Transportation Services from November 1995 to June 1999, where leadership of a team of 15-20 involved the implementation of training programs and management of operational logistics. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University and several certificates in nonprofit management and contact tracing from Purchase College, SUNY, and Johns Hopkins University.
