Paul Groch

Paul Groch has extensive work experience in the non-profit sector. Paul began their career in 2009 as the Development Director for Jewish Family Service of Greater New Orleans, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined Jewish Family and Children's Service of Greater Philadelphia, initially serving as the Program Evaluation and Data Coordinator. Paul later progressed to Director of Process, Evaluation & Technology and then Assistant Vice President, Process and Technology. In 2017, they were promoted to Vice President, Operations, and most recently, they assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in September 2021. Throughout their roles, Paul has been responsible for various tasks, such as leading technology and process improvement teams, monitoring and evaluating agency programs, working with finance to determine changes in fees, and implementing agency technology strategies. Paul has also designed and maintained agency dashboards using Tableau.

Paul Groch completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1998 to 2002. Paul then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Social Work degree from Tulane University in 2007-2008, specializing in Social Work. Additionally, during the same period, they also acquired a Certificate in International Social Work from Tulane University.
