Melanie has a strong background in community planning, allocations, corporate social responsibility, and organizational change management. Melanie has experience in strategic planning, project management, employee engagement, and communication development. Melanie holds an MBA in Corporate Social Responsibility and Marketing from the University of California Berkeley and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from the University of Michigan.
