Addie Klein is currently the Sr. Director of Leadership Development & Engagement at the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. Addie has been with the organization since 2004, starting as the Director of Volunteer Management. In 2011, they became the Director of Community Engagement before assuming their current role in 2014.

Under their leadership, the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia has seen great success in fundraising and engagement. Addie has helped to raise over $25 million in annual support and created a group of 50 dedicated volunteers committed to fundraising. Addie has also overseen collections from donors with overdue balances, reducing the number of past due donors and improving collection rates.

Addie is a passionate and driven leader with a proven track record of success. Addie is committed to the mission of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia and continues to work tirelessly to engage the community and raise vital funds.

Addie Klein attended Haverford College, where they studied cultural anthropology, and then went on to earn their MA in Jewish communal leadership from Brandeis University. Addie also has a certification from ICA International in Technology of Participation (ToP) Certification.

Addie Klein reports to Michael Balaban, President and CEO. They are on a team with Melissa Greenberg - EVP & CDO, Steven Rosenberg - Chief Operating Officer, and Robin Schatz - Director, Government Affairs. A direct report to Addie Klein is and Rachel Berger - Director, Jewish Life & Learning.
