Debbie Boyer

Debbie Boyer is an experienced event planner and manager specializing in fundraising events. Currently serving as the Stepping Out Event Planner at Samost Jewish Family and Children's Service since August 2019 and as the Affinity Program Manager at the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey since December 2017, Debbie has a proven track record in maximizing outreach and securing donor participation. With a long history at Bancroft as the Director of Events since December 2012, responsibilities include not only organizing major fundraising events but also developing relationships with corporate partners. Prior roles encompass various event planning positions within Jewish organizations, demonstrating consistent success in managing significant fundraising initiatives, notably raising over $500,000 annually. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Rutgers University - Camden and an Associate of Arts from Rider University.
