Danny Pisani

Danny Pisani has a range of work experience in the information technology field. Danny currently works as the Director of Information Technology at The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, where they are responsible for driving digital transformation, managing database systems, and implementing cybersecurity measures. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of IT Systems at the same organization, overseeing resource allocation and achieving cost reductions.

Before joining The Jewish Federation, Danny worked at CHC: Creating Healthier Communities as the Director of Information Technology, where they led a team and managed the department budget. Danny also served as the Information Technology Operations Manager and Database Administrator, implementing security training programs, optimizing database infrastructure, and improving customer experience.

Additionally, Danny has previous experience as an Office Coordinator at The ALS Association - DC/MD/VA Chapter, a Support Staff at Diakonia, Inc., and a Chapter Relations Intern at Engineers Without Borders USA. Danny also worked as a Gallery Clerk at the Art & Learning Center/Stamp Gallery and a Library Assistant at The Catholic University of America Libraries.

Danny Pisani is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at Excelsior University, with an expected completion date in 2023.

In addition to their ongoing education, Danny has obtained several certifications. In January 2023, they completed the Google UX Design Certificate from Google. Prior to that, in December 2022, they became a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) through (ISC)². In October 2022, they achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance. In June 2022, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in July 2016, Danny earned the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft, along with the MS: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Customization and Configuration certification from the same institution.
