Rebecca Ruberg

Rebecca Ruberg is an accomplished professional in the field of Jewish education and community engagement, currently serving as the Senior Director of Executive Recruitment at The Jewish Federations of North America since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rebecca was a Teen Education and Engagement Consultant at The Jewish Education Project, where significant contributions included developing a youth mental health and wellbeing certificate program and managing various networks for over 100 educators. Rebecca also held the position of Project Director for the New York Teen Initiative, where oversight of teen engagement programs was a key responsibility. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Program Officer at the Legacy Heritage Fund, an Area Director at Jewish Student Connection overseeing significant regional expansions, and a Field Worker at BBYO. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Jewish Professional Leadership and a Certificate in Jewish Philanthropy, both complemented by a Bachelor’s in Near Eastern and Judaic Studies/Psychology from Brandeis University.
