Simona Ventullo

Simona Ventullo is a seasoned professional in the fields of corporate compliance, data protection, and antitrust law, currently serving as the Data Protection Officer at Ospedale israelitico and as a member of the Vigilance Organism at D-Flight. With extensive experience in academia, Simona teaches courses related to antitrust compliance and sustainable corporate governance at several universities in Rome, including Unitelma Sapienza and Tor Vergata. As the Chairman of i-BEC, a non-profit organization focused on promoting business ethics and compliance, and as Of Counsel at Law Firm Napolitano & Partners, Simona provides expertise in the administrative liability of corporations. Additionally, Simona founded and directed Personaliter, a publishing company, and was a Managing Partner at Lear, a research and consulting firm. Educational credentials include a law degree from LUISS Guido Carli University and advanced studies in economic impact valuation and tax crimes. Simona has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 1997.
