Alison Clarick Gottsegen is an experienced educator with a focus on museum education, currently serving as an Educator at The Jewish Museum since December 2009 and at AIA New York | Center for Architecture since September 2014. Previous roles include Project Director at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights (2008-2009) and Educator positions at the Michael C. Carlos Museum (2006-2009) and the International Center of Photography (2000-2002). Alison's career began as Bronfman Gallery Director at the Jewish Community Center (1996-1999) and included various positions in educational and editorial capacities at institutions such as the National Building Museum and Louisiana Children's Museum. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Emory University and a Master of Education in Museum Education from The George Washington University.
