Kenneth Asamoah has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. From 2015-2019, they were a Business Analyst Intern at Locus Analytics and a Cyber Security Analyst Intern at the University at Albany, SUNY Treat With in program. From 2019-2021, they worked as a Medical Secretary at St. Catherine's Center for Children, and from 2021-2022 they worked as a Junior Help Desk Support at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. In this role, they opened and closed 25-30 tickets for internal equipment troubleshooting, escalated to IT Management when necessary in Service now, installed and configured new computer/printer updates and software, managed employee passwords and logins, monitored network flow to ensure information security, and created, modified, and deleted user accounts in MS Active Directory to provide users with application access and manage profiles. Currently, Kenneth Asamoah is a Client Services Coordinator at JFC & Associates.

Kenneth Asamoah graduated from Mount Saint Michael Academy in 2016 with a High School Diploma. Kenneth then attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 2018 to 2020, studying Informatics. In July 2022, they obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. In June 2022, they obtained an IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management v7.6 Functional Analyst certification from IBM.
