Toney H. has over 25 years of experience working as an Aerospace Engineer for various organizations. Toney worked at NASA from 1996 to 2001, where they prepared 3-D models of various launch vehicles using Pro/Engineer for analysis. Toney also worked on Air Force programs and developed structures for input into analysis software. Toney joined General Dynamics in 2001 as a Sr. Suspension System Engineer, where they worked on the suspension unit of the AAAV and identified issues, wrote engineering changes, reports, presentations, and test support for the suspension system. Toney left General Dynamics in 2004 to work for the US Government Redstone Arsenal, where they served as the SOAD Independent Technical Evaluator for SRD to the United Kingdom H-47ER Foreign Military Sales case and was the MH-47 Team Leader for SOAD, SRD. Recently, Toney joined JHNA in 2021 as a Senior Systems Architect, where they lead architecture design, identification and alignment of requirements, and identification of associated risks to ensure products meet Army requirements in the implementation of Digital Engineering across an enterprise. Toney chairs architecture working groups and crafts a specialty within MBSE with a focus on bringing modern SE practices into the organization through a model-centric approach.

Toney H. attended Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University from 1992 to 1996, where they received a degree in Mechanical Engineering. No field of study was provided.
