Roi Carmel

Roi Carmel serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Spotlight.ai, a position held since February 2021. Concurrently, Roi is the Chair of the board committee for the Boston EDGE program at IAC EDGE, focusing on mentorship for young professionals, and an Advisory Board Member at Sales Community. Additional roles include being a Limited Partner at Jibe, Strategy and GTM Advisor at Reco, and an Advisory Board member at Craft.io. Roi previously provided GTM and investment advisory to the CEO of Merlin International and served as the Chief Strategy, Product and Marketing Officer at Cybereason. Earlier career highlights include roles at Tufin as Advisor to the CEO & CMO and at Perfecto Mobile as CMO & Corporate Strategy Officer, where Roi led the company's go-to-market and investment strategies. Regarding education, Roi holds a BSc in Computer Science from Hadassah College and trained as an Innovation Coach at Lahav Business School, Tel Aviv University.
