Vicki Williams

Vicki Williams has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Vicki is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Jigsaw since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of People at hush homewear ltd from February 2018 to May 2022.

Before joining hush homewear ltd, Vicki worked as an HR Consultant at Vodafone in 2015, managing change programs across the business. Vicki also worked as an HR Programme Manager at Barclays from May 2013 to May 2014.

Vicki has a long history with Barclays Investment Bank, where they held various roles from 2005 to 2013. Vicki served as a Vice President, HR Business Partner in the Front Office and Investment Banking Division APAC. Vicki also worked as an Assistant Vice President, HR Business Partner, and Analyst in different areas such as Technology, Compensation & Benefits, and Campus Recruitment & Graduate Development.

Earlier in their career, Vicki gained experience in HR at Duke Energy in 2003.

Vicki Williams pursued higher education at the University of Warwick, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. Vicki attended the university from 2000 to 2003. Following this, Vicki continued their education at the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from 2003 to 2004.
