Karen Vance

Karen Vance has extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on finance and insurance operations. Karen started their career at Ted Britt Ford Automotive Group in 1993 as a Finance Director, where they oversaw the profitability, compliance, and training of the dealership's finance department. Karen also developed and implemented Ford's Blue Oval Certification Pilot Program and managed standards for contract turnover. In 2004, Vance joined Hendrick Automotive Group as a Finance Director, where they worked until 2009. In 2010, they joined Jim Koons Automotive Companies as the Vice President of Finance and Insurance Operations, a role they currently hold.

Karen Vance attended the University of Oklahoma from 1983 to 1984. During this time, they pursued studies in Marketing and Psychology but did not obtain a degree.
