Torsten Schmidt

Torsten Schmidt has a strong background in design and art direction, with over 20 years of experience. Torsten started their career in 2000 as a camera assistant at Striemerfilm. In 2004, they worked as a freelance graphic designer before joining Studio H0 in 2006 as a digital designer and art director. In 2008, Torsten became a senior art director at DRID, where they worked for 8 years. Most recently, they were a senior digital product designer at Jimdo, starting in 2016 and becoming a senior creative designer in 2018.

Torsten Schmidt completed their education in two different institutions. Torsten started their studies at the University of Potsdam in 1998, focusing on Philosophy and Media Pedagogy. The duration of their studies at the university is unknown. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they attended L4 – Institut für digitale Kommunikation, where they obtained a degree as a Mediendesigner (MMA) with a specialization in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
