Patrice Dunn

Patrice Dunn, MS, PHR has a range of experience in various roles within human resources. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Cintas, where they managed the professional development of multiple teams, provided strategic insight into budget planning, implemented inventory management strategies, and collaborated on product solutions. In 2020, they worked as a People Operations Specialist at Hood Industries, Inc. before joining Kohler Co. as a Human Resources Co-op. Presently, they are the Human Resource Lead at Jindal Tubular USA. Additionally, in 2017, they briefly served as a Store Manager at City Gear and worked as a Police Dispatcher at The University of Southern Mississippi from 2015 to 2017.

Patrice Dunn, MS, PHR, earned a Master's degree in Human Capital Development from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2020. Prior to that, in 2017, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from the same university. In September 2023, Patrice obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
