Kiran has a robust background in workforce management, having held positions such as Assistant General Manager at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions and Lead of the Chennai center at Sitel. Kiran began a career in workforce management at Firstsource Solutions Limited, specializing in forecasting, resource planning, and performance analysis. Kiran holds an Executive MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Dayananda Sagar University and a Bachelor of Science degree from PES College Bangalore.
