David Jenkins

David Jenkins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and library services. Currently serving as the Senior Product Owner for the Cyber Security Portal at Jisc since January 2023, David focuses on aligning product roadmaps with organizational missions and improving stakeholder relationships. Previously, David held various roles at The Open University from January 2016 to January 2023, including Senior Library Manager, where responsibilities encompassed digital services development and web accessibility oversight. David began a career in library services at Manchester Metropolitan University and Sheffield City Council, progressing from Library and Information Assistant to Senior Research Support Librarian. David holds an MA in Librarianship from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor's degree in English Language, Literature, and Linguistics from Newcastle University.
