Helen Clare

Senior E-infrastructure Strategy Manager (skills) at Jisc

Helen Clare currently serves as the Chair of the UK Reproducibility Network Stakeholder Engagement Group and as Evaluation and Co-monitoring Lead for the Open and Universal Science (OPUS) Project. At Jisc, Helen has held the position of Senior e-infrastructure strategy manager since March 2015, leading policy developments in the European Open Science Cloud and engaging with various stakeholders. Additionally, Helen contributes as a Scholarly communications subject specialist at Jisc’s open access team and as Series Editor for Facet Publishing’s Practical Tips for Library & Information Professionals. Prior roles include Training Specialist for EOSC Future, Assistant Liaison Librarian at Newcastle University, and various librarian positions at American Library Association, Manchester Metropolitan University, and University of Glasgow. Helen holds a BA (Hons) in Economic & Social History from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Information Studies from Loughborough University.
