Stephen Fedor, CCWP, PMP

Stephen Fedor, CCWP, PMP has over 34 years of experience in the workforce. Stephen began their career in 1987 as a Private First Class in the United States Army. In 1996, they joined Morningstar as a Project Manager, where they managed over 30 SAAS software projects totaling over $10.5 million USD. In 2007, they moved to Arroweye Solutions as a Project Manager, where they managed 15 SAAS software projects totaling over $6 million USD. Stephen then joined StratEx Partners in 2008 as the Director of Customer Support, where they successfully managed a team of application support and implementation resources, and implemented and supported over 300 clients, maintaining a 99% client retention rate. In 2010, they joined Walgreens as a Project Manager, focusing on enterprise wide Employee Performance Management and Applicant tracking implementations. In 2011, they joined SAP Fieldglass as a Project Manager, where they successfully implemented over 50 contingent workforce projects with over $3 billion in annual spend in the communications, travel, airline, pharmaceutical and insurance industries in North America. Stephen then became the Senior Director, Implementation - Americas in 2018, and the Senior Director, Global Implementations at Market Logic Software in 2018. In 2019, they joined VNDLY Inc as the Director of Implementation, where they led a US based implementation team responsible for the deployment of the VNDLY VMS SAAS tool. Stephen then became Vice President Of Services in 2019, and in 2022, they joined WG Consulting, LLC as the Vice President and Managing Director. In 2023, they became the Senior Director of Enterprise Solutions at Jitjatjo. Throughout their career, Stephen has been responsible for numerous successful implementations and projects, and has worked with many Fortune 500 clients.

Stephen Fedor has a MBA from DePaul University in Leadership and Change Management, obtained in 2006. Stephen also has a BS from The Ohio State University in Consumer Affairs, obtained in 1994. Stephen is also a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) from Staffing Industry Analysts, obtained in September 2022, a Beeline Level II from Beeline, obtained in July 2022, a Beeline Level I from Beeline, obtained in January 2022, and a PMP from Project Management Institute, obtained in May 2007.
